Acceptance versus Rejection in Being HSP

I’ve been getting a lot of questions lately about being HSP and being or feeling rejected, either in a romantic relationship or in general. This video addresses that.

In the first half of the video I discuss two main things to consider when dealing with rejection. In the second half, I clarify how as an HSP you could be subconsciously setting yourself up for rejection, and what to do about it. Rejection is painful, yet when you can see more clearly what is happening, then you can avoid the kinds of situations and choices that will lead to painful rejection.
